Legal notice

Version 1 ·

This is version 1, which was in force until September 26, 2026. The current one is version 3. Go to the current version

This notice says who is behind this website and the Pitiklini app, what each company does and on what terms you can use the website. It gives the information required by Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI).

Who owns this website

Pitiklini is a brand of PITIKLINI SOLUTION SL. In this notice, "Pitiklini", "we" and "us" refer to that company.

What Pitiklini does and what the service provider does

Pitiklini is not a crypto-asset service provider. It is not authorised to provide those services, it is not supervised by the Spanish securities regulator (CNMV) for that activity, and it does not hold your money or your crypto.

The crypto-asset services you see on the platform are provided to you by another company, the service provider, whose details are in the next section. Pitiklini provides the technology (the website and the app) and supports users. This is how the work is split:

How each service works and on what terms is explained in the Terms and conditions.

Who the service provider is

How to contact us

  • By email, at soporte@pitiklini.com. This is also our point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission and users, as required by the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Articles 11 and 12). We reply in Spanish and in English, and you always get an answer from a person.
  • By post, at the registered address in the table above.
  • To complain about the crypto-asset services, on the complaints page, which explains the procedure and the deadlines.
  • To report a P2P ad you believe is illegal or breaks our rules, at Report an ad. You do not need an account.

Watch out for anyone pretending to be Pitiklini

Our website is pitiklini.com. We will never ask for your password, your verification codes, or for you to send crypto or money to "verify" or "unlock" your account, whether by email, phone or social media. If someone does so in our name, do not reply and let us know at soporte@pitiklini.com. There is more advice under Security.

How you can use this website

You can browse the website without signing up and free of charge. To trade you need an account, and then the Terms and conditions also apply.

When you use the website you agree to do so lawfully. In particular, you must not:

  • try to access parts of the website or of our systems that are not public;
  • overload it, attack it or introduce harmful software;
  • copy its content by automated means to publish or reuse it without our permission;
  • pretend to be someone else or to be Pitiklini.

The information on this website

  • It is not advice. Coin profiles, guides, frequently asked questions and all other information are general: they are not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell. Before you trade, read the risk warning.
  • Prices are indicative. Prices on the website change all the time and may be delayed. The price of a trade is the one set when it is executed in the app, and how it is set depends on the order type (see the Terms and conditions). If the website labels prices as "Test prices", they come from the provider's test environment and you cannot trade at them.
  • Coin profiles summarise the technical documents published by their issuers and ESMA's register; each profile links to its source. We do not write those documents.
  • What each service costs, and since when, is under Fees.

We take care that what we publish is accurate and up to date, and we correct it as soon as we spot a mistake. If you find one, tell us at soporte@pitiklini.com.

Intellectual and industrial property

The Pitiklini brand and logo, and the design, text and code of the website and the app, belong to PITIKLINI SOLUTION SL or are used with their owners' permission. You may view, print and save them for your personal use, and quote them with a link to the page. Any other use, such as copying, publishing or changing them, needs our written permission.

The names and logos of cryptocurrencies and of other companies belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Some elements of the website (typefaces and icons) belong to third parties and are used under their open licences.

Some pages link to other people's websites, such as those of supervisors or the technical documents of cryptocurrencies. We do not control what they publish. We are only responsible for those links if we know they lead to something unlawful and do not remove them promptly (LSSI, Article 17): if you see one, let us know at soporte@pitiklini.com.

Liability

We work to keep the website available and working properly, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, technical faults or reasons beyond our control. You can check under Status whether something is not working.

We are liable for damage we cause by failing to meet our obligations. We are not liable for anything caused by events we could not foresee or that, if foreseen, could not be avoided (Spanish Civil Code, Article 1105). Nothing in this notice limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Languages

This notice is available in Spanish and in English. Both versions carry the same weight; if a difference between them raises a doubt, it is interpreted in the way that is most favourable to you.

Governing law and courts

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the rules that protect you in the European Union country where you live also apply (Regulation (EC) 593/2008, Rome I, Article 6(2)), and you can bring a claim before the courts where you live (Regulation (EU) 1215/2012, Article 18).
