Report an ad

Before you report

• You can report whether or not you have a Pitiklini account.
• Each report is about one ad: if there are several, report each one.
• If the problem is one of your own trades, open a dispute from the trade: there we can see the chat and the payments.
• Reporting an ad to us is not the same as reporting a crime. If you think a crime has been committed, you can also report it to the police.

What happens next

1. If you give us your email, you get an acknowledgement of receipt with the reference straight away.
2. A person on our team, not a machine, reviews it and decides whether to take the ad down.
3. We write to you with what we have decided, why, and what you can do if you disagree.
4. The person who posted the ad does not see your name or email, unless it is strictly necessary to explain the decision to them.

You can also report by email to soporte@pitiklini.com. Tell us the same as in the form: which ad it is, why you think it is illegal, your name and email, and that what you report is accurate and complete.
