Fees

Buying, selling and converting

Each trade pays a fee of 1.5% of its amount. When you buy, it’s included in what you pay; when you sell or convert, it’s taken from what you receive. You see it on its own line before you confirm.

How the price is set

You buy at Pitiklini’s buy price and sell at its sell price at that moment, the same ones you see in Markets, on each coin’s page and in the converter. The fee is not included in those prices: you see it on its own line before you confirm.

When the order is sent

The price you see is valid for 10 seconds and renews on its own. When you confirm, we check it again: if it has moved more than 0.5% against you, we don’t send the order and you pay nothing. If it’s sent, it’s filled at the price at that moment, which may differ slightly from the one you saw.

• Minimum trade with euros: €12. When converting through the euro, it applies to each step.
• Minimum trade when converting between two cryptocurrencies through their direct pair: €5.
• Maximum trade: €10,000.

Adding euros

Adding euros by bank transfer has no Pitiklini fee. Your bank makes the transfer: what it charges you for it is up to it.

Withdrawing euros

Each euro withdrawal to your bank account pays €1. The minimum withdrawal is €3.

Peer to peer (P2P)

P2P has no fee today.

It is charged in the crypto and only when the trade completes: canceling or expiring costs nothing. The buyer pays it out of what they receive; the seller has it deducted along with what they sell.

Depositing crypto

Depositing has no Pitiklini fee. The coin’s network charges its own to the sender, when it leaves the source wallet.

Withdrawing crypto

Each withdrawal pays a fixed fee, in the coin you withdraw. The platform pays the network fee: the recipient gets exactly the amount you entered.

Sending to someone on Pitiklini

Sending crypto to someone else with a Pitiklini account has no fee.
