Accessibility statement
Version 2 ·
What changes in this version: Drafting review: formal register, defined terms and a clearer presentation of who provides each service. Rights and obligations do not change.
PITIKLINI SOLUTION SL ("Pitiklini", "we", "us" or "our") owns the Pitiklini brand, the pitiklini.com website and the Pitiklini app (the website and the app together, the "Platform"). Pitiklini is committed to ensuring that everyone can use the Platform, including with a screen reader, with the keyboard alone, with the screen magnified or with other assistive technology. This statement describes which parts of the Platform are accessible and which are not yet, how they have been assessed and how to report an accessibility barrier to us. It has been prepared in accordance with Spanish Law 11/2023 on the accessibility requirements for certain products and services, and with the European model accessibility statement (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523).
Scope of this statement
This statement applies to:
- The public website at pitiklini.com, in Spanish and in English: the home page, markets, coin profiles, products, help and the legal texts.
- The app, the part of the Platform where you log in to trade. At present it is mostly the previous app (logging in, signing up, two-step verification, identity verification, deposits and withdrawals, the spot market and P2P); the new one, at the /app/ address, is being built screen by screen.
- User support by email.
It does not apply to the administration panel, which is used only by our team. There is no app to install: the website and the app work in your phone's browser.
Description of the service
The Platform allows you to buy, sell and exchange cryptocurrencies on the spot market and directly with other people (P2P). The custody, purchase and sale, exchange and transfer of crypto-assets, and the associated payments in euros (the "Crypto-Asset Services"), are provided by DEPASIFY S.L., as set out in the Legal notice. Pitiklini provides the technology platform: it develops and maintains the website and the app, manages each user's account on the Platform (the "Account"), hosts and moderates P2P listings and provides user support.
The steps to trade are: open an Account with an email address and a password; verify your identity; add crypto or euros; buy, sell or exchange; and withdraw the funds to a wallet of your own. How each step works is explained in the Help centre and the Terms and conditions.
Accessibility features of the website
The public website allows you to:
- Use all of it with the keyboard, with the focus always visible.
- Enlarge text up to 200% and use it on screens 320 pixels wide without scrolling horizontally.
- Choose the light or dark theme, or your device's.
- Stop animations: the website follows your device's reduced motion setting.
- Pause live prices to read them at your own pace.
- View the data in charts as a table ("View data"), download it as CSV and invert the colours of the candles.
- Fill in forms without robot checks (no captcha), with an error summary that links to each field.
Compliance status
| Part | Status |
|---|---|
| Public website | Partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, due to the non-compliances listed under "Non-accessible content" |
| Previous app | Not compliant: it has many barriers and is being replaced by the new app |
| New app (/app/) | No everyday screens yet: we will assess them when they are published |
The assessment uses as its reference WCAG 2.2, level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549 V4.1.1, which incorporates them. That version of the standard has not yet been published in the Official Journal of the European Union; for that reason, we do not claim that it gives a presumption of conformity.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible, or has not yet been assessed, for the reasons given in each case.
In the previous app, the screens for logging in, signing up, two-step verification, identity verification, deposits, withdrawals, the spot market and P2P have serious barriers. According to measurements made with automated tools on 25 September 2026, almost all of its pages fail at least one criterion. There are buttons and links without an accessible name and text without sufficient contrast, and most images have no text alternative (criteria 1.1.1, 1.4.3, 2.4.4 and 4.1.2, among others). These barriers mainly affect people who use a screen reader or have low vision. We are replacing this app with the new one, screen by screen, and there is not yet a set date for each screen. Meanwhile, if a barrier prevents you from completing a task, you can write to soporte@pitiklini.com and we will help you complete it another way.
The PDF template of the complaint form is not tagged, so a screen reader cannot interpret it correctly (criterion 1.3.1). As an accessible alternative, you can use the form on the complaints page. We will tag the template before the website's general accessibility review.
Identity verification is carried out by DEPASIFY S.L. on its own screen, which falls outside the scope of this assessment. If you have difficulty completing it, you can let us know through the channels set out under "Feedback and contact information" and we will work with that entity to find an alternative.
The emails and text messages we send have not yet been assessed.
We do not invoke the disproportionate burden exception for any of these issues.
Assessment method
The method used to prepare this statement was a self-assessment carried out by our team, with the following tests and tools:
- Automated tests with axe (the @axe-core/playwright 4.13.0 package, with the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 rules at levels A and AA) on every page of the website, in both themes and at widths of 320 and 1,280 pixels. They run on every change and, if any of them fails, the change is not published.
- Automated keyboard tests of the link to skip to the content, the header menus and the interactive elements, such as tabs and drop-downs.
- Lighthouse 13.5.0, a tool that is also automated and does not replace manual testing.
- A test with the NVDA screen reader, on Windows, of the website's header and menu, carried out by a member of the team in September 2026, with a satisfactory result.
We have not yet carried out an external audit, testing with people with disabilities, or testing with other screen readers. Automated tools detect only some of the problems; for that reason, we do not state that the website is fully compliant.
Technologies it relies on: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WAI-ARIA and SVG. Forms require JavaScript.
Measures to maintain accessibility
- The accessibility tests are part of every release of the website: if they fail, the new version is not published.
- We design each screen from our design manual, which sets the contrasts, sizes and behaviour of each element so that they are accessible.
- We review accessibility every time we change or replace a part of the service.
Feedback and contact information
If you find something you cannot use, or you need the information in another format, you can contact us through these channels:
- By email, at soporte@pitiklini.com, with "Accessibility" in the subject line.
- By post, at Calle La Alhondiga, 23, en Los Realejos (Tenerife).
In your message, please state the page or screen, what you were trying to do and what happened. You do not need to tell us whether you have a disability. We will send you an acknowledgement with a reference and reply within 15 working days at most. If the fix needs more time, we will tell you when it will be ready and, meanwhile, we will help you do what you need another way. If you ask for the information in this statement in another format, we will provide it without delay.
Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with the reply, you may refer the matter:
- To the Technical Unit for Support and Coordination of the accessibility surveillance authorities (UTAC), of the Spanish Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and 2030 Agenda, which receives reports and complaints about the accessibility of products and services: utac@dsca.gob.es.
- If you live in another European Union country, also to that country's accessibility authority.
- In any case, to the courts.
Complaints about the Crypto-Asset Services are submitted through the complaints page.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
- This statement was prepared on 25 September 2026, with the assessment of the website and the app carried out that same day.
- We will review it within one year at the latest, and sooner if we replace a screen of the app, if the reference standard changes or if the law changes.
Versions of this document
Each change is published as a new version, with the date it takes effect. Previous versions are kept exactly as they were published.
Version 5 · · current
The statement takes Spanish Law 11/2023 as its reference, which Pitiklini applies voluntarily: as a micro-enterprise, it is exempt from the requirements of that law. Nothing else changes.
Accessibility review of the website: the assessment method is described (WCAG-EM 2.0, automated tests on every page, the NVDA screen reader and the PDF template validated with veraPDF), the public website becomes fully compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA, the complaint PDF template is now tagged, and the statement now says which parts are already in the new app.
Correction of the response time: fifteen calendar days from receipt of your message (previously, fifteen working days).
