Accessibility statement

Version 1 ·

This is version 1, which was in force until September 26, 2026. The current one is version 5. Go to the current version

PITIKLINI SOLUTION SL (Pitiklini) wants everyone to be able to use its website and its app, including with a screen reader, with the keyboard alone, with the screen magnified or with other assistive technology. This statement says what works, what does not work yet, how we checked it and how to tell us about a barrier. It follows Spanish Law 11/2023 on the accessibility requirements for certain products and services, and the European model statement (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523).

What it covers

  • The public website at pitiklini.com, in Spanish and in English: the home page, markets, coin profiles, products, help and the legal texts.
  • The app, the part where you log in to trade. Today it is mostly the previous app (logging in, signing up, two-step verification, identity verification, deposits and withdrawals, the spot market and P2P); the new one, at the /app/ address, is being built screen by screen.
  • Customer support by email.

It does not cover the administration panel, which only our team uses. There is no app to install: the website and the app work in your phone's browser.

How the service works

Pitiklini is a platform to buy, sell and exchange cryptocurrencies, on the spot market and directly with other people (P2P). Pitiklini provides the technology (the website and the app) and supports users; the crypto-asset services are provided by the service provider, as the Legal notice explains.

The steps are: you open an account with your email and a password; you verify your identity with the provider, on its screen; you add crypto or euros; you buy, sell or exchange; and you withdraw to a wallet of your own. How each step works is explained in the Help centre and the Terms and conditions.

What you can do on the website

  • Use all of it with the keyboard, with the focus always visible.
  • Enlarge text up to 200% and use it on screens 320 pixels wide without scrolling sideways.
  • Choose the light or dark theme, or your device's.
  • Stop animations: the website follows your device's reduce motion setting.
  • Pause live prices to read them at your own pace.
  • See the data of charts as a table ("View data") and download it as CSV, and invert the colours of the candles.
  • Fill in forms without robot checks (no captcha) and with a summary of errors that takes you to each field.

Compliance status

We assess against WCAG 2.2, level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549 V4.1.1, which incorporates them. That version of the standard has not yet been published in the Official Journal of the European Union, so we do not claim that it gives a presumption of conformity.

What is not accessible yet

In the previous app, the screens for logging in, signing up, two-step verification, identity verification, deposits, withdrawals, the spot market and P2P have serious barriers: almost all its pages fail some criterion (measured with automated tools on 25 September 2026). There are buttons and links without a name, text without enough contrast, and most images have no text alternative (criteria 1.1.1, 1.4.3, 2.4.4 and 4.1.2, among others). This mainly affects people who use a screen reader or have low vision. We are replacing it with the new app, screen by screen, and we do not yet have a date for each one. Meanwhile, if a barrier stops you from doing something, write to us at soporte@pitiklini.com and we will help you do it another way.

The PDF template of the complaint form is not tagged, so a screen reader cannot read it properly (criterion 1.3.1). You can use the form on the complaints page instead, which is accessible. We will tag it before the website's general accessibility review.

Identity verification takes place on the service provider's screen, which we have not assessed. If you have problems with it, write to us and we will look for another way with the provider.

The emails and text messages we send have not been assessed yet.

We do not claim that fixing any of this would be a disproportionate burden.

How we checked it

This is a self-assessment, carried out by our team:

  • Automated tests with axe (the @axe-core/playwright 4.13.0 package, with the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 rules at levels A and AA) on every page of the website, in both themes and at 320 and 1,280 pixels wide. They run on every change, and if any fails, the change is not published.
  • Automated keyboard tests of the link to skip to the content, the header menus and the interactive elements, such as tabs and drop-downs.
  • Lighthouse 13.5.0, which is also automated and does not replace manual testing.
  • A test with the NVDA screen reader, on Windows, of the website's header and menu, carried out by a member of the team in September 2026.

We have not yet carried out an external audit, testing with disabled users, or testing with other screen readers. Automated tools only find some of the problems: that is why we do not say that the website is fully compliant.

Technologies it relies on: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WAI-ARIA and SVG. Forms need JavaScript.

How we keep it accessible

  • The accessibility tests are part of every release of the website: if they fail, it is not published.
  • We design each screen from our design manual, which sets the contrasts, sizes and behaviour of each element so that they are accessible.
  • We review accessibility every time we change or replace a part of the service.

Tell us about a barrier or ask for another format

If you find something you cannot use, or you need the information in another format, write to us:

  • By email, at soporte@pitiklini.com, with "Accessibility" in the subject.
  • By post, at Calle La Alhondiga, 23, en Los Realejos (Tenerife).

Tell us which page or screen, what you were trying to do and what happened. You do not need to tell us whether you have a disability. We will send you an acknowledgement with a reference and reply within 15 days at most; if the fix needs more time, we will tell you when it will be ready and, meanwhile, help you do what you need another way. If you ask us for the information in this statement in another format, we will provide it without delay.

If you are not satisfied with the reply

  • You can go to the Technical Unit for Support and Coordination of the accessibility surveillance authorities (UTAC), of the Spanish Ministry of Social Rights, which receives reports and complaints about the accessibility of products and services: utac@dsca.gob.es.
  • If you live in another European Union country, also to its accessibility authority.
  • And, in any case, to the courts.

Complaints about the crypto-asset services do not go this way, but through the complaints page.

Preparation of this statement

  • Prepared on 25 September 2026, with the assessment of the website and the app carried out that same day.
  • We will review it within a year at most, and sooner if we replace a screen of the app, if the reference standard changes or if the law changes.

Versions of this document

Each change is published as a new version, with the date it takes effect. Previous versions are kept exactly as they were published.

  1. Version 5 · · current

The statement takes Spanish Law 11/2023 as its reference, which Pitiklini applies voluntarily: as a micro-enterprise, it is exempt from the requirements of that law. Nothing else changes.

  2. Version 4 ·

Accessibility review of the website: the assessment method is described (WCAG-EM 2.0, automated tests on every page, the NVDA screen reader and the PDF template validated with veraPDF), the public website becomes fully compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA, the complaint PDF template is now tagged, and the statement now says which parts are already in the new app.

  3. Version 3 ·

Correction of the response time: fifteen calendar days from receipt of your message (previously, fifteen working days).

  4. Version 2 ·

Drafting review: formal register, defined terms and a clearer presentation of who provides each service. Rights and obligations do not change.

  5. Version 1 ·

    First published version.
